Mike is the Founder and President of Justice Financial Solutions, a leading provider of financial and retirement planning services with offices in Tampa and Orlando. Over the years, Mike has cultivated a reputation for integrity, honesty, and a steadfast commitment to his clients' best interests. The story of his success is not just in how the business has grown – It’s in creating peace of mind and generational legacy for each individual family.

A US Army veteran, Mike served on active duty for 8 years. His experiences and extensive military leadership training helped develop a strong work ethic and discipline that still impact what he does today. After being honorably discharged from the Army at the rank of Staff Sergeant, he began a successful 25+ year career in the non-profit sector. He has held various executive management roles in large churches, demonstrating exceptional leadership and financial management skills.

Mike's expertise lies in the "safe money" arena, where he helps clients achieve financial security, market-like gains without market risk, and guaranteed lifetime income. Partnering with over 30 of the highest-rated insurance carriers, he ensures access to top-performing products. Mike dedicates hours each week to researching the evolving annuity landscape, providing clients with well-informed recommendations and meticulous attention to detail.

In addition to his expertise in retirement planning, Mike is an authorized representative with the Dementia Society of America®. He is equipped and trained to educate families on how to navigate the skyrocketing costs of long-term care.

Mike also currently serves as the Executive Director of his church, where he oversees the finance department and operations. His faith is a cornerstone of his life, guiding his professional and personal endeavors.

Mike holds life and health insurance licenses in FL, GA, VA, NJ and AZ. Mike is married to Teresa, and they have a beautifully blended family of 4 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy the outdoors together and traveling.

Tiffany serves as the Executive Operations Manager at Justice Financial Solutions, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s operations, client service, and administrative excellence. With a strong background in insurance administration, compliance, executive support, and organizational strategy, Tiffany helps ensure clients receive a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience throughout every stage of the planning process.

Tiffany brings a well-rounded professional background to the firm, with extensive experience in risk management, policy compliance, administrative operations, and financial oversight. Prior to joining Justice Financial Solutions, she served in a leadership role with Hernando County BOCC, where she managed insurance and operational processes, reviewed contracts for risk and compliance, supported budgeting initiatives, and contributed to organization-wide safety and efficiency efforts. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate complex documentation, regulatory standards, and client-sensitive matters with confidence and care

Tiffany is passionate about creating order behind the scenes so that clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial journey. Her strengths in communication, operations, and service make her an invaluable part of the Justice Financial Solutions team and the families the firm is honored to serve

She holds licenses in FL for Life and Health, as well as for All-Lines Insurance Adjuster, and continues to bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every aspect of her work. Tiffany is proud to be part of a firm committed to helping clients protect what matters most and move into retirement with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, exploring all that life in Florida has to offer, and making memories with her two dogs, a Labrador and a Great Dane. Whether it’s kayaking, hiking, or discovering new local food spots, she enjoys the simple things that make life fun and meaningful with her family and friends."

Teresa holds a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources Management from St Leo University. With a robust career in the insurance industry, she has gained extensive experience working with renowned companies such as Progressive and State Farm. During her tenure, she excelled as a claims adjuster, licensed agent, and client relations expert, showcasing her meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

In addition to her insurance background, Teresa has made significant contributions in the medical and dental fields, specifically within Human Resources. Her expertise in psychology and HR has been invaluable in creating positive workplace environments. Her commitment to integrity, honesty, and exceptional people skills has been the cornerstone of her professional journey.

Outside of her professional life, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, including her beloved grandkids, and traveling with her husband, Mike. She also loves caring for her two Golden Doodles, Joey and Charlie. An active member of her church, Teresa's faith plays a crucial role in her life, guiding her values and actions. Her diverse experiences and interests make her a remarkable individual both professionally and personally. Teresa's dedication to her community, family, and faith exemplifies her as a truly inspiring and multifaceted individual.
